John Saringer
John Saringer is the CEO of Golden Horseshoe Life Sciences Inc. (formerly Venowave Inc.) and he presented to us Venowave, a Novel Venous-return Assist Device. This
device is aimed at post thrombotics syndrome, where there is swelling
and pain, by allowing blood to flow. Currently they are prototyping,
and clinical trials have been successful and published. John Saringer
gave us this important point when working with the FDA and Health
Canada: “The FDA and Health Canada wants a final product, and not a
prototype”. So far clinical trials are still ongoing with this new
product, and eventually Venowave will want to be a self financing
company. Read more about Venowave here.
